Ali + Jamie || Chileno Bay Wedding || Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

Last year I had the honor to photograph a lovely little ceremony in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This was HUGE for me mostly because I was finally able to bring the business back home! When I was 4, my dad moved down to Cabo and started a well known restaurant. A few years ago we celebrated his Mexican citizenship, all the hard work he had put into the bar paid off and his land was finally his. All this being said it was awesome being able to include him on what I do ( I even let him drop me off :P) Ali and Jamie are from Nashville and were able to use a friends Villa in Chileno Bay for the ceremony and reception. It was a beautiful day with great weather! The ceremony was heartfelt and sentimental but the party after was where it was at! It wasn't a traditional reception, but it was some of the best fun I have ever had at a wedding and by the end of the night everyone was in the pool (with clothes on!) Here is to Ali and Jamie!

Alyssa + Johnathan || Engaged || San Diego, Ca

Happy Holidays! I hope the holidays have been full of good food, making memories and finding the time to relax. We are busier than ever here!! I am excited to get this engagement session on the blog finally!

I know Johnathan from VOX youth group at North Coast Calvary Church in Carlsbad, CA. We both worked with leading the same group of  high school students. It was an honor to have him and Alyssa contact me for their up-coming January wedding in Corondo. I love being able to capture the love that they share.  Can't wait for their wedding!!!

Shannon + Randy's UCLA engagement session

This past September I was asked to take some photos at my 10 year high school reunion. While I was there I got to catch up with a lot of people I hadn't talk to since graduation. One of which was my friend Shannon who I played volleyball with 9th and 10th grade. We started talking and she mentioned she was newly engaged, so we switched info. 2 weeks ago I was lucky enough to shoot their UCLA engagements. Shannon and Randy met at UCLA and began dating soon into their first year there. He loves science and numbers and she loves art history and english! I had a great time hanging out at SUCH a beautiful campus with them for the day! SO many fun places to shoot and such beautiful colors! I cant wait for their October 2014 wedding at Heritage Park and reception at The Cosmopolitan Hotel in Old Town San Diego! Enjoy!
